Anyone having a problem with watching the Chiefs on NFL Preseason package?
First it wouldn't even load the game til after he starters finished, and now it won't play the game at all. Wtf??????
I'm furious and seriously disappointed in the package and their customer service. I was on hold for over 25 mins and talked to no one!
Unhappy camper over here.
But hey I hear our first string did good...:-/

Is this a special Direct TV Package different from Sunday Ticket? I don't remember preseason package ever being part of Sunday Ticket.

From NFL.com, nothing to do with Sunday Ticket.

Mine worked perfectly last night (started watching from the beginning about 30 minutes in). Watching taped this morning is perfect as well. Maybe Vegas doesn't like the Chiefs?

I didn't have a bit of trouble except a slight hitch every once in a while that probably didn't last more than a second.

Maybe you need to upgrade from the ol' Pentium II and CRT.

I was watching on the iPad app and at first the KC game didn't show up in the list of games.

I had a problem just like you said last year with game rewind. It kept saying the game wasn't available. So their tech support guy had me do a hard reset (hold power button and home button down until it restarts) and that fixed it.

Sometimes you can get by with just force quitting the app and logging out. The nfl iPad apps are touchy on the iPad, but you have to just keep fiddling with them and eventually they work.

So try those and if it still doesn't load then I'm out of ideas. Good luck!

It locked up on me once in the 2nd half but I just exited out and clicked back on the game again and it reloaded right back up.

I watched on my 23" monitor and it looked like a HD pic. I was very satisfied.
To be able to see all 4 Chief games plus all the others to check out possible fantasy draft picks. $20 is a steal!
