This year I don't have to fly back home to KC to see my Chiefs, they play in Phoenix. As an added bonus Royals play the DBacks here in Phoenix for the first time in what seems like 200 years in August and I'll be going. I still wanna fly back to catch a game at Arrowhead though. We come back every year to see family and catch a game. With a baby now the grandparents will demand it lol. It's just nice that I get to see two of my teams in driving distance and not as expensive.

Totally this. We're also going to San Diego in May for the Royals series there as well.

You live here too? Cool. Now we both get to see our teams multiple times this year. We'll get to see the Chiefs twice, once in the regular season against the Cardinals then again a few months later in the Super Bowl.

My Thoughts

We will open @ home against Tenn. (although the opponent could be the Jets or Rams) I don't think it will be an AFCW opponent but will be @ Arrowhead

Denver will open on Sunday night against NE.

The Chiefs will play Denver on TNF in late Oct./early Nov. It will be one of the last CBS simulcasts. Also, look for Denver to have a bye to Sunday before but KC will have to play (probably away) that Sunday.

Pittsburgh/KC will be an away MNF game (MAJOR PAYBACK game for Pitt)

Seattle will be a home SNF/MNF game.

KC will end the season @ Denver.

Definitely would wager money that KC's first guest is Tennessee or the Jets.

But beyond that, you're thoughts seem pretty legit and seems totally plausible KC gets screwed having to play Denver on a short week and has to end the season in Pile High.
