Albert Wilson

What do the Chiefs have in Albert Wilson? I heard a lot of hype during training camp last year saying he looked the best WR on the Chiefs roster; then he didn't play until later in the season. Once he got on the field he looked pretty good but was that a mirage or his he an emerging player?

Is he the next Steve Smith or just another guy that might make an ok backup.

What are your opinions?

The o-line and Alex prevents Al's talents to come to full bloom I'm afraid.

that doesn't help Alex's confidence.... the only way Alex will consistently air it deep is if its in late game situations or Andy is forcing his hand or he trust his oline

Well I guess we will see if Alex suffers from PTSD IF and when our o-line improves.

The wild card at wr for us is Rogers. If he can behave he is good and can do damage. But he never behaves so it's really a crap shoot.

Wilson is a good kid and can become solid.

Wilson will be a solid contributor at the very least. I see him as our version of Baldwin (Seahawks). The only reason why it took him so long to play was because he was still really raw coming out of a small school and Reid doesn't like using really inexperienced WRs, prefers to let them develop in practice before they can set foot on the field.

Wilson can be a contributor, depth and a role player; if the Chiefs are truly a good team he won't participate more than that. He's a 3-4 on a team with a bad WR corps.

Your wrong!! Reid said it was because he was recovering from a injury and they didn't want to Rush him back
