I accidentally took my nightly ambien with my morning medication today

Just a few honest suggestions that work for me. The squiggly line one works the best. Chicks dig the aquarium.

When I worked for Walgreens, Loss prevention told us in a meeting about how a pharmacist was caught on camera grabbing an Ambien bottle before opening the pharmacy for the morning and popping one or two. Every day he worked he did this. Don't know what the guy is doing now but I'm pretty sure he'll never get a pharmacist license ever again.

I was given a Rx for it when I experienced anxiety relating to anticipatory grief prior to the imminent death of a close family member. Not tranquilize an elephant dose. As I recall it was one of the smallest doses given, and it worked well. I made a point of using as few of them as I possibly could. But they did work quite well.
