I think that is a bad ruling by the refs.

That should be intentional grounding, because there was no receiver within 25 yards of where that ball was being thrown to.

Kizer should get the starting job simply because Osweiler sucks so bad. And that's even with that bad decision he just made getting bailed out by the penalty.

Unless Cody Kessler starts looking more like he did last year, I honestly think he's their best option.
