Chiefs Offseason Planet Evaluation: Anthony Sherman

Time to give Patton's Third Army his end of year evaluation. What do we have to say about Mr. Sherman?

He appeared in all 16 games this year, making 3 starts. He gained 40 yards on the ground (2.9 ypc) and 1 TD, and added 47 yards in receptions at 7.8 ypr. He also recovered 1 fumble.

I havent looked too hard into slip fees yet, guess it just depends on how toney the marina in question is, but yeah I'd imagine it has to be full time

All lakes are probably different on the rules, but even here on my smaller (325 acre) local lake, people can take their boats out all night if they want to, go spend the night or weekend in a cove etc

Solid A-, just because. He slightly exceeded because I'm not sure what he was supposed to do in our razzle-dazzle offense (between the 20s). I want him to be in the backfield more next year and used like a FB should be used. I think he'll get that chance with our new OC. He's stable. I thin he's valuable enough to hold out for a 3rd.
Houseboat for sure. Nothing like cruising around on the lake with a good bottle of wine, find a quiet cove, anchor, and get busy with your lady. I don't know what slips are anymore, but back in the mid-80s, my BIL's folks had a 40 ft. Chris at Perry Lake and I believe it was $60 a month. That included the bubbling around the boat in the winter.

For me, you have to have a full time dock. It's docked 90 percent of the year with full power and water hook ups. You still party in it when it's docked but cold out. Watch fireworks on the 4th if you don't want to be in the crowd, etc.
Houseboat are the absolute goods.

Curious to know what Sherman's disposition really is. I bet he loves his teammates and all... but he's got to be truly offended and disgusted at the lack of legit implementation on the offense.

I gave him a flat A, much greater desired role, stable player, etc... but this team just sucks with their offensive scheming and design.

Not going full 2 back sets, and using play-action with this personnel is offensive, disgusting, and Andy Reid can go get ****ed. Shame on him.

Alex Smith is built for play action, too. It makes no ****ing sense not to use play action in the red zone.

But hey, Andy is an offensive genius.

.. dude's not going to change, I guess.

Only way is if Mahomes can successfully push the input onto his HC the way I hoped Alex could have.

I'm with you two, lets get back to some meat and potatoes football when possible

No one wants a Jeff Fisher offense, but when you just gotta have a yard or two... there is no safer bet than than pounding your all-pro fullback in there

He is built like a brick shithouse, and if you dont go to his well too often, most teams will be looking for Hunt anyway... Sherman can fall forward for a yard or two almost every time

Sherman is the nastiest player on this team too. I'm at the point I can't stand that fat **** Reid. Sherman is a great blocker who is greatly under-utilized. He'd help in the run game immensely.

It's criminal how underused Sherman was used in this offense. Priest Holmes with T Rich sweeps we could have bullied teams with Hunt and Sherman pounding teams.

**** you Andy Reid
