If you are looking for an e-book reader - Sony PRS300SC $99
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...tegory|Laptops
The reader is at $50 off the normal price. Newegg, Tigerdirect, and most every other shop sells them new for $149.99 plus shipping. Just did a store pickup on mine. w00t! DAMN fine deal. |

Maybe I'm old fashion but who buys these things? Buy books and read them!

For what's worth, the new Kindle is only $139 as well, so that's another nice option.

Personally, I have no interest for one of these but I think I will have to get one for the wife for Christmas. Of course part of that is that she would be able to put her law books on there (she is going to school for paralegal) and save a lot of weight in her backpack. Otherwise, I really don't get it either. I like the feel of the printed page while reading.

be prepared to wear out the page turn button
the screens are so small on these things that 1 real book page equals about 2 1/2 ereader pages.

The nook is the best e-reader. Built-in WiFI, replaceable battery and expandable memory for 149.99

I'm 44 and my eyesight is really starting to go. I might need to do what my Dad did -- buy an e-reader just so I can bump up the type size. |

I don't have room on my motorcycle to lug around 2 or 3 books so I use this instead. |
