Why would he want to leave the Bengals and Carson Palmer for the Chiefs and Brodie Croyle?

Why the hell would Chad Johnson want to play for the Chiefs?

I'd be open minded, I honestly would.
#9 overall pick and now one of the most lethal starting receiving corps in the entire NFL? Now, I 100% believe the Chiefs won't opt for it, because we're at so basic of a rebuilding stage that we're not going to fork money over for pricey free agents. |

Chad Johnson would be good, but why the hell would you want Ryan Clady?

What makes you think Herm's offense would get enough out of a 30 year old overpriced WR to make the investment worthwhile?

Chad Johnson may have fit here when the offense actually scored points. But I'm happy he never wore a Chiefs jersey.
