Fantasy Football Trade Question

I have been set the following trade, and don't know what to think.

I get Peyton Manning, Corey Dillon, and the Jax D

He gets Shawn Alexander, Aaron Brooks, and the Seahawks D.

Currentlty my team lineup is

QB: A. Brooks, Vinnie T (Start 1)
RB: Alexander, R. Johnson, M. Bennett, O Smith (Start 2)
WR: Marvin Harrison, Chad Johnson, D Jackson (Start 2)
TE: Shockey (Start 1)
K: J Brown (Start 1)
D: Jets, Seahawks (Start 1)

I like my team, but but Brooks is hit or miss. I'm high on Alexander because of his TD production, but he has not put up huge yards this year. And getting Dillon back helps.

Thoughts?
