Updating previous reports, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports the Miami Dolphins are expected to name Dom Capers as their new defensive coordinator. Capers is the former head coach of the Houston Texans.

*A lot are talking about how the Skins assembled a good coaching staff, well, how about the Dolphins?
