Neil Smith just retired a BRIGADES #90 jersey in the Kemper rafters? Now no one can wear that number because Neil Smith never played a down for the Brigade nor for the AFL in general. Not only is this ****in weird as shit but he gave credit to Carl Peterson and Peterson got booed...............badly. Funny thing is Carl looked shocked when everyone booed him. LOL
