I don't know if there's anything to get exactly. It's just a good looking plate of meat. It'd look better if it was grilled to perfection.

I would season the steaks with salt, pepper and Montreal Steak seasoning. Perhaps Peppercorn on the Filet.

I would season the burgers with salt, pepper and garlic salt and brush KC Masterpiece on both sides.

I wouldn't eat the hot dogs.
