All Chief Season Ticket holders lose their rights to their seats
Read #2 on the back of the invoice

There are no ownership or property rights in Chiefs season ticket accounts. The purchase of season tickets in 2007 does not afford a season ticket holder the right to purchase season tickets in subsequent seasons, nor does it guarantee THE LOCATION OF FUTURE SEASON TICKETS."

Rights to tickets in those seats. It also includes the right to all football games held there. For instance I can get tickets to the Mizzou/Kansas game in my regular Chief season ticket seats.
