So What Coaches Should We Be Looking AT?

With or without Herm we need a new OC and QB coach. To develope Croyle and Thigpin we need the right coaches. I'd prefer an up an comer from an offensive gurus staff. There's gotta be another QB coach out there that's ready to become an OC and and that guy should have a pretty good idea of a QB coach to bring along with him.

Just throwing a name out there. I have a hard time believing that any coach, from Bill Walsh to Mike Martz, from past to present, could save this offense with the lack of offensive line talent that is currently had.

If Miami does ax Cameron then he'd be a OC candidate. He also has Terry Shea as his QB coach. Mike Malarky is he OC no thanks on him.

If Herm stays (and he will ) I'd go after Mike Heimerdinger as OC, who is now with the Broncos. IMO, he was Herm's only good offensive hire in New York. Right now I believe he's the QB Coach and Assistent HC for the Cheating Donx so he probably couldn't come here unless it was for a higher position. Anyway, I never really understood why Herm didn't hire him to begin with.

For the love of God... watch a tape of the Bucs offense when Shula was their offensive coordinator.

Shula + Herm would make this year's offense look like the Greatest Show on Turf
