Initially, I thought it was a balloon, but I have my doubts. You can hear a helicopter in the background, I wonder if they went over to check it out. I also wonder how high it was, or if it appeared on radar, or if it sent down a beam and sucked up some burritos to use as fuel to go back to the dimension it originally came from.

They say that some aliens can manipulate matter by combining their advanced, wacky technologies with their brainwaves in order to change the shape of thier vehicles and walk through walls and stuff. Maybe the alien in charge of this craft was having a seizure?

Attached to some kind of motorized Rubik's cube? The movement in the nodes seems to be too random for it to be balloons. When I've seen balloons in bunches, they seem to be fairly stable, no moving up/down in the bunch.

look closely, it is one shape that is spinning, and the sun reflection makes it seem as though it is changing shape. It is a bigassed mylar baloon is my guess. Or a transformer.

No. It's not a balloon. It's some kind of inter-dimensional transport that got stuck in the warp hole. Poor bastards. There are a lot of really confused, excited aliens aboard that craft, I tell you. Somebody's going to have to go back to alien inter-dimensional warp drive school, is my guess.
