Mr. DeBerg 1990: KCJ Nailed It

Exhibit A: KCJ correctly predicts a Chiefs win and why; Mr. DeBerg 1990 agrees to own up to KCJ's correct prognostication.

Exhibit B: KCJ correctly analyzed Thigpen would make a big difference in the game with his legs (rushing the football). Thigpen's runs were arguably the difference against a very good Raiders defense that dropped 8 against the spread.

Exhibit C: (just for fun) Brock's prediction that Jamarcus Russell would have a good game vs Kansas City's defense.

Honorable Mention: Mr. JuicesFlowing added his analysis to my prediction that the Chiefs would do well against the Oaktown defense deployed to stop the spread.

Sometimes it pays to be a homer...

You win Johnny.

Although i disagree that it was Thiggy who made the difference in this game.

It was basically the Raiders being the more inept team that made the difference.

The Chiefs didnt really do anything special.

Awwww, c'mon, Mr. DeBerg 1990, you're a bigger man than that. Your prognostication wasn't about how the game would be played - only that if I predicted win, you would predict lose. Your exact words:

Quote:
So KCJohnny feels confident about the Chiefs?

Then I feel confident the Chiefs will lose again.

Chiefs 21

Raiders 36
Thigpen running for 1st downs and sealing the deal with a 1st down completion on the Chiefs' final possession were substantial contributions to closing the victory out - something the team has obviously struggled with over the 2008 season.

But I do give you credit for owning up to your antiKCJ prognostication.

Peace/Out, Dog.

Yes, let's kiss the Chiefs' asses-since they finally won two games out of twenty one tries. Yippie, Johnny, actually made an accurate prediction in five plus years time and he has to make a NEW THREAD about it, too. His ego won't stand for his name not to be up in lights.

Well, when you predict a win every week, you're eventually going to be right.

Outstanding. KCJ got another one right. I remember last fall, he was right after one of the games. It just brings a smile to my face each and every time. Congratulations, Johnny. Nobody deserves it like you do.
