Mike Tomlin is a very solid coach, plus he isnt a total pompus ass at his press conferences... He is very professional, while we are stuck with a circus side show...

That is the organization I hope the Chiefs and Clark model themselves after.

Tonyo Romo is like most of us. He let money, talk and expectations block what could have been. IMO.

Pittsburgh experience.
The general population is not very nice. The stadium was cool. Kinda small but very good sightlines. We got a glipse of what Arrowhead's clublevel will be like in 2010. The enclosed concessions and bar was a pretty sweet deal. Very accessible and nice and warm before and after the game. I have been to a lot of NFL stadiums and this seemed to be the smallest. I think the attendance was barely over 60,000. What I found very strange about Steeler's fans, even with that sick ass defense the fans don't stand alot when the D is on the field. On the first drive for the Cowboys everyone was sitting down and when it was 3rd and 3 I was the only one in my section that was standing and cheering ( caught up in the moment). Also very disappointed that several 1000 people left at the start of the 4th Q when the Steeler's were down 13-3. The terrible towel deal when the Steeler's tied the game and later took the lead was intimidating...very cool... TV does not do it justice. Overall we had a really good time. The city has a lot to offer. The game was outstanding and the Yuengling flowed like 3 rivers!!! |
