I take the Jets better situation from "Jump Street". Young Offensive Line, Two good Running Backs, decent Receivers, and a solid and growing defense.Only negative would be QB Questionable. I love the Chiefs but to be honest would be a Sh@* Storm to walk into. The Jets have a faster road to success.

I think the Chiefs have the best nucleus in the league right now. Sincerely. Whoever takes that job could be the next Belicheck.

For me its the Broncos.

Great City, and ready to win in a weak AFC West. They have a good young QB, WR, and LT.

The Chiefs young team, great situation, owner believing in "long term" approach. Not win immediately, show improvement. /homer hat firmly attached

Cleveland. In NY and Denver you would be run out of town if you didn't produce immediately.

Cleveland and K.C. would both let you be average to sub-par for years before the heat came down.

Not sure if I agree with that - I think it's KC or Denver specifically because I think both of the owners don't overreact. Look at Shanny (there 13 years) and Carl (20 years). Denver always competes and Bowlen pays better.

I freakin' hate the Broncos, but if I were a perspective coach/GM - Denver is where I would pick.

That's the problem, although you might get a season or two of slack in Denver because you'd be starting out without a defense.

The fact is, though, that the next guy is probably going to be the coaching equivalent of Brian Griese.

Cleveland hasn't won a damned thing since 1964 (in any sport). If you were successful you'd be a minor god for the rest of your life.

Denver is without a doubt the most attractive job opening.

Franchise QB- Check
Offensive Line - Check
WR's - Check
RB's - Check

All Denver needs is a MLB, Safety, and a stud DE and they are contenders. Then take into account who the owner is in Denver and it makes it an even easier decision.

I picked Denver too, but I don't think having 8 rb's in a year means you have anybody who is reliable.

Denver or Cleveland, as they have a franchise QB in place.
