He's ok ... an improvement over everyone else we got. The main problem i see is that he's been in the league for 4 years and is still at this "so-so" level. I just don't know that he will ever be more.

Maybe he can stick at a backup

If we upgrade with 3 new linemen this offseason we might be able to use him and Albert somewhere, hopefully they'll both be guards next year.

O'Callaghan is a big body who uses his size to his advantage, but has slow feet.
Speed at the LDE beats him around the edges, and leaves him flatfooted with spin moves.

He's a solid backup type.
Nothing more.
