We had that with our basement. A concrete company drilled holes into the cracks and filled it with urethane. No more problems.

You can buy cement caulk at any home improvement store like Lowe's. It's even the color of cement.

2-part epoxy. But shave your ass first. Helps it bond a bit better.

parge the cracks if large with hydraulic cement, then brush on DryLok.
