Hell, most divorces are because someone "started dating" while still married, if you get my drift.
If they've separated with intent to divorce, what's the big deal? Hump away. |

Well, since every divorce is exactly the same, I'm sure there is one definitive answer.
I don't have it. But its in a rulebook somewhere. |

If there are kids involved or alamony to pay he needs to be carefull, that said depends on how long the've been married. If she is dating that's cheating in the eys of the courts and he shouldn't have to pay alamony. My suggestion is wait till it's over. Hope he filed first and has a good attourny.

I think it depends on the person. I've had some...encounters, but I still haven't dated and my divorce was 7.5 years ago. I don't think I ever will. But I've known people who started dating immediately after and they seemed to be fine. All-in-all, I think a lot of divorces aren't sudden things, they've been brewing for a while, so by the time it's "official", the marriage could have been essentially finished for months or even years.

Meh, I have no doubt this happens all the time. Frankly, I don't think it's any of your business.

Use the pen your ex signs the diverce papers with to write down the phone number of the hot paralegal who assisted in the proceedings.

Whenever a thread about divorce surfaces, it makes me sad. I don't believe in divorce.
Anything goes wrong with my marriage, I'm buying rope, duct tape, and a shovel. |
