My wife's surprise.
My wife's computer, for the last couple of days, hasn't been booting.

I called a tech we have used numerous times come to look at it and after a few minutes tells us that it needs to be reformatted.

While discussing this and looking at our laptops to clear up any issues we might have, my wife tells him she has orderd the Showtime package from DirectTV.

Oh, she says, "BTW, I also ordered the MLB TV package for you, honey".
