Meyers
Winston Soliai Ill take Carlton and Hillis. Draft the middle LB from Boston college Line will be Albert Hudson Meyers Asamoa Winston Defense would be scary with some depth added at safety. Especially if we somehow were to keep Carr. |

Winston
Soliai Bush/Hillis This buys us some freedom in the draft. DeCastro/Kuechly Fleener whatever later, prefer safety, QB, and OLB. |

In order of preference.
qb- Josh Johnson Resign Orton Denis Dixon Alex Smith Shaun Hill Chad Henne Drew Stanton David Carr Brady Quinn Max Hall Richard Bartell Tom Brandstater RB Tolbert Bush BJ Green-Ellis (Pioli will not compete w/NE on signing any of their FA's they want to resign so he doesn't piss of BB) Hillis Ronnie Brown Joesph Addai TE Martellus Bennett Kellen Davis John Carlson Donte Resario Stephen Spach Martin Rucker Anthony Hill OT Winston Levi Brown Demitrious Bell Vernon Carrey Geoff Schwartz King Dunlop Anthony Collins Stacy Andrews Kareem McKenzie Marcus McNeil OL Depth/competition Jamon Meredith Mike Gibson Frank Omiyale Tony Pashos Dennis Roland Mackenzy Bernadeau Mike McGlynn Tony Moll Travelle Wharton Mike Pollak Jamey Richard Samson Satele Scott Wells to start and let Hudson play LG. Should be able to find competition for a swing OT and a C/G vet backup Depth at DE/5 Tech Luis Castillo Kendall Langford Igor Oskanksky Jamaal Anderson NT Paul Soliai I'd give up a 4th for RFA Sammie Lee Hill Antonio Garay Shaun Rogers Aubrayo Franklin Brandon McKinney OLB Depth Quentin Groves Jason Hunter Matt Roth Jamaal Westerman ILB Depth/competiton for Belcher Jameel McClain Joe Mays Taveres Gooden Curtis Lofton Tim Dobbins Bradie James Titus Brown S Depth/Competition Melvin Bullitt James Sanders James Butler Reggie Smith Craig Steltz Bryan Scott Sean Considine Craig Dahl Alan Ball Quenton Demps

Honestly
Soliai and Winston For a man who preaches trenches come first, Scott Pioli needs to sign these two. Sure another running back is great, as well as an outside pass rusher, but you take those two guys and put them in on our lines and both become legitimate right away. With those two signed you can go in any number of directions at 11 in the draft; trade down, Dontari Poe for bigger defensive power, an Olineman to strengthen the protection, Trent Richardson (if he falls that is), a wide reciever/ return specialist that can bring our mediocre return game up a notch. Those two are the building blocks though so I'm encouraged that I've heard about the Winston visit as well as our interest in Soliai. Without Payton Manning we need to strengthen the team and accept the QB situation as something we'll address another time. You never know who's gonna become a free agent, aka be traded, aka fall into our lap, the stronger the team the more willing the big time QB will be willing to sign with us. You just never know. |

Yeah it is quite amazing that we still haven't found a solution to NT, or really even tried outside of Powe.
