Problem with NFL GamePass

[Chiefs=Champions]

So i just purchased NFL Game Pass. Very excited at no longer having to spend hours looking for Chiefs streams, i attempted to try it out.

I was met with sound and a white box showing no picture. I went to the trouble shoot page which stated that perhaps i didnt have the right flash player.

I downloaded the newest. Still no luck. I then read that i first had to delete my old players then download the newest version again. I did this. Still no luck.

So im wondering what else could be the problem.. Keep in mind im a computer n00b. Rep for whoever solves my problem in time for the Rams game!

Have you tried a different browser? I'd give Chrome or Firefox a try if you haven't yet.

Yer my original was firefox then i downloaded and tried Chrome.. Still no luck. probably should have said that in the op. my bad.

There are different versions of Flash player, depending on where you downloaded it from. There's a version specific to IE, and a different version specific to Firefox. Did you download the right one?
