love my new job. it's crazy busy; diferent problems to solve each day; have to work with multiple groups to get things resolved; schedules/deadlines. pretty much self-sufficient. given empowerment to make decsions w/out fear of being 'wrong'
it's great.

I'm a little surprised at the breakdown of constant workload versus seasonal workload. I picked constant, but I could see some advantages of working your tail off during a busy season and then having a low period where you can relax a bit.
