Matt Millers 2014 Mock
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1...nd-projections
He did the complete draft but heres the Chiefs picks. 1st round 23rd overall Ronald Martinez/Getty Images The Pick: TE Jace Amaro, Texas Tech Texas Tech tight end Jace Amaro hasn't yet announced his intentions for the 2014 NFL draft, but if he decides to enter, you can bet NFL teams will be ready to pounce. Amaro is an athletic, moving tight end perfect for today's game. He can play flexed out in the slot, almost like an oversized wide receiver with the speed to beat defenses and the size to box out coverage. Amaro would be perfect for a passing attack like the one in Kansas City. It just so happens that the Chiefs will be looking to add weapons to the offense, and Amaro is an ideal fit at tight end. His red-zone ability and after-the-catch upside would give Alex Smith his Missouri-version of Vernon Davis to open up the Kansas City passing game. 3rd round 23 Kansas City Chiefs WR Kasen Williams Washington 4th round 23 Kansas City Chiefs DE Taylor Hart Oregon 5th round 23 Kansas City Chiefs FS Nickoe Whitley Mississippi State 6th round 23 Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashad Greene FSU 6th round 23 Kansas City Chiefs QB Jeff Mathews Cornell |
