Summary: It's him reading a 1/2 hour essay (that feels like 6 1/2 hours).

Overall, It's an extensive examination of the evolution and effects of the concept of modern celebrity which focuses on the negatives while pointing out the potential positives.

It doesn't seem to be as personally fueled as the thread title might suggest.

He still manages to look like a douche throughout the entire clip.
