Chrome has become a COMPLETE cluster ****.
How did this happen? I used Chrome for everything for nearly a decade, so all my shit is tied to it. Now I have to use two browsers. The stored passwords and personal info is the only reason I use Chrome for any damn thing. |

Seems to be working fine fullscreen for me. Do you have a particular video this is happening with?

last couple of Chrome updates have been screwed up
one update wouldn't let you click on X to close tabs, they fixed that one by the latest update still won't let me click on the top of the screen while in full screen a couple of things seem to effect it 1. zoom ... if chrome set at more than 100% it can mess things up 2. using DPI(zoom) increase % in window 7 also messes stuff up 3. scriptsafe plugin - the chrome substitute for noscript. it blocks the javascript that adjust the video size.
