The CP QB Trifecta

Jameis:
Quote:
This defense of Winston doesn't come lightly. Early in training camp, quite honestly, Winston looked borderline terrible. His passes lacked zip, accuracy or anything close to the resemblance of a first-overall pick's skill set...So if Saturday's preseason game was the first opportunity to watch Winston (likely true for anyone who hasn’t visited Bucs' training camp), your criticism is sensible -- just like it probably wasn't wrong to raise a private eyebrow about those early practices.
Tim:
Quote:
The Tim Tebow era began in Philadelphia to raucous applause, so much in fact that he had to wave his arms to quiet down the crowd. Welcome to life as the most popular fourth-string quarterback in the country.

On a relatively smooth first drive, which should have resulted in a field goal, the former Heisman Trophy winner went 4-of-5 for 43 yards and a nice run. His new throwing motion has eliminated much of the hitch that plagued him for three NFL seasons
Geno:
Quote:
It seemed like the most devastating reveal from the New York Post's trackdown piece on Geno Smith was that he wears eye black (and not a shirt) to toss the football in his Whippany, New Jersey apartment complex.

Weird, right?

But apparently, the Jets weren't happy about the fact that he was throwing at all.

Why are Tebow and Winson on that list?

If it's the CP QB Trifecta....it's be Geno, Jimmy Clausen and Mark Sanchez.

......or wait does calling a QB a winner because his team wins in spite of mediocre to poor QB play only apply to Alex Smith?

What? Who on Cp was pimping Tebow and Jameis beyond "it would be nice to draft a QB for once"?

Sanchez, Geno, rgIII... Sure. These two guys?

I was going to do a Super High 5, but nobody seems to give a rats ass about Clausen or Sanchez. Nobody.

This place wanted Geno Smith sooooo bad, and it was absolutely hysterical to see the masses completely destroy any person who even hinted the idea that Geno would suck.

I was one of those who said Geno would suck, and my rep took about 88 hits because of it.

We've all had our guy.

I didn't care about Clausen at all. I wasn't impressed with Sanchez.

Geno was my boy. And I was not going to give up until this last incident.

I'm still proud of my work I did on Geno, because the things I said and the personal research and evaluations I did weren't just me sitting here saying stuff NFLN was saying.

I know real NFL scouts who had Geno rated #1 on their entire board. Of course, the thing that I didn't have access to was the person that is Geno Smith. Geno has talent. But he's a dumbass. And dumbass never = good QB.

I'm pretty sure nobody wanted the rapist on our team except for Clay, and nobody wanted to touch Tebow. Remember when the Broncos traded up in the 1st to get him? Chiefs Planet rejoiced almost as much as we did for the Eric Berry pick just a couple hours prior.

WTF? You joined CP after Geno was drafted and had already played a year in the NFL.

It's not that he did anything "wrong" per se, but rather that he's just a moron. Yeah, he should've paid the guy his money back. The fact is, the best QB's in the NFL don't have things like that happen. Would IK have knocked out Peyton Manning? Andrew Luck? Rodgers? Hell, Matt Ryan?

No. Because those men command the respect of their team and are leaders. Geno Smith is a poor leader. To me, if a guy is a poor leader and he plays QB in the NFL, he's never going to be anything more than "just a guy". The whole thing just tells me he's a moron, and frankly won't amount to shit.

It's bad enough we all got to see his dick on the internet a year ago because he was dumb enough to Skype with some bitch and pull his dick out.
