Did this hit the NBC Camera?

http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-h...-on-deep-throw

I don't think so, but raiders fans seem to think it does.

Definitely not. You can see the ball start to wobble horribly as it goes out of frame.

Just a bad throw.

No. It didn't even go very high. And if it did, Carr would have overthrown him by 20 yards.

I hit the electric line to our house when I was a kid and the ball just dies. That did not.

Looks to me like Amari Cooper just loses it in the lights of Arrowhead. If it really had hit some kind of camera line, every Raider on the field and on their sideline would have been throwing a shit fit. Instead, Cooper just has this look like "ah, man that could have been huge" on his face as he goes back to the huddle.

TL;DR - Carr threw a shit ball, Cooper made a shit read and Raider fan needs to shut the **** up

Cooper said that the trajectory changed on him a bit as the ball was coming down at the last second.

The truth is pretty ****ing simple. The Chiefs pass rush forced him out of the pocket, he was running forward and tossed the ball up with out setting his feet. His forward momentum was responsible for the overthrow. His forward momentum was forced by the Chiefs pass rush.

The Chiefs forced his over throw. End of ****ing story.

You read that, you whiny bitch ass Raider fans? **** you.

Update from Deadspin

Quote:
Update, 12:14 p.m.: Fred Gaudelli, executive producer of NBC’s Sunday Night Football and Thursday Night Football, emailed us this:

No way Barry - the camera is always behind the play and cables are really high over the surface. Look at the replay we showed from sky cam - if anything hits the wire it would effect a bump in the camera and you would see that on the air. Also look at the replay after the commercial - look how the ball comes off of Carr’s hand and his follow through - not his normal delivery.

in one replay from carr's perspective you can clearly see the ball does change direction just as it enters the screen from the top. sorta creepy weird too. almost like everyone in the stands blew a bunch of air towards the ball
