Super Bowl Rings Display
Went to the Mall of America today. Stumbled upon the Super Bowl Ring display. Many are made by Jostens which is a Minnesota company. Took a few pics. Not all rings were there. Some are just F-ing big.

Tony DiPardo was the Chiefs band leader for most of the Chiefs years in KC. They snubbed him in 1970 and didn't give him a ring. One of the nice things that Lamar did before he passed, and before Tony passed, was to give him a ring decades after the fact. He was one of my customers, and he came in one day right after he had gotten his ring, and let me try it on. Pretty awesome. I think Lamar giving him that ring was one of the happiest things that ever happened to Tony. He was just so happy to get it after all those years.

Now the Chiefs need to get Otis Taylor into the Pro Football HOF before he dies.
