Sorry guys, just venting a little. I haven't been able to be online for a couple of days and I needed to get that out.
Actually despite the tone of my post I did see a lot of good things, it seemed like they were really putting an effort into the game. Mistakes killed us. |

You mean that Grbac is going to have to go out there and make the catches as well as the passes? Many of the 7 drops were drive stopping drops on 3rd down. There is NO way this game is his fault, and I was really looking for him to blow it.

Oh I didn't mean to imply that EG lost the game. But I just saw him making some of the same mistakes I saw in 98, mental mistakes that is. Such as locking on to one receiver for example.
Clearly there were a lot of dropped passes but there were a LOT of poorly thrown passes too. There was kind of no in-between passes, they either looked really sharp or they sucked. |
