A few observations

I just got home from after spending the weekend in KC. I have a few observations from the game to pass along. I haven't had time to read all the posts so please forgive me if these are repeats.

1. Our kicking game (punting and KO's) SUCKS!
2. It doesn't matter who the players are as long as the play calling continues as is.
3. Kimble Anders is done.
4. TR may be good and may getter better, but we need a REAL HB.
5. The quality of officiating in the NFL continues to decline.
6. Elvis appears to have returned to 98 form. Hopefully this was a one game problem that will get worked out.

Just my $0.02. Most of these I can hear y'all saying "Well DUH!"

Sorry guys, just venting a little. I haven't been able to be online for a couple of days and I needed to get that out.

Actually despite the tone of my post I did see a lot of good things, it seemed like they were really putting an effort into the game. Mistakes killed us.

You mean that Grbac is going to have to go out there and make the catches as well as the passes? Many of the 7 drops were drive stopping drops on 3rd down. There is NO way this game is his fault, and I was really looking for him to blow it.

Oh I didn't mean to imply that EG lost the game. But I just saw him making some of the same mistakes I saw in 98, mental mistakes that is. Such as locking on to one receiver for example.

Clearly there were a lot of dropped passes but there were a LOT of poorly thrown passes too. There was kind of no in-between passes, they either looked really sharp or they sucked.
