Mizzou in talks to keep coach Anderson
Found this on ESPN, hadn't seen it here yet. If its a repost too bad, you all should have kept it on the front page or labeled in better.

Been a lot of talk over the last couple of weeks about MU needing to take care of Mike Anderson. Found this article on it.

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Talks are under way to keep Missouri basketball coach Mike Anderson right where he is.

Athletics spokesman Chad Moller told The Associated Press on Friday there have been "informal talks about what can be done, and what needs to be done" to retain Anderson.

The third-year coach has led Missouri to one of the best seasons in school history, racking up a record 31 wins and a Big 12 conference tournament championship. The Tigers beat Memphis on Thursday to reach the NCAA regional finals.

Citing unnamed sources, The Kansas City Star reported Friday that Missouri is ready to raise Anderson's $850,000 annual salary to at least $1.3 million and renew his contract for five years.

Anderson has been mentioned as a candidate for coaching vacancies at Alabama and Georgia.

I never said there as a catastrophe in the waiting...

But are you guys losing alot of your Upper classmen? Who is your big man inside next year?
