Loved the book. If you havent read it definitely pick it up cause its ****ing insane and its all mostly true too.
Oh and the movie looks awesome. It looks like Scorsese got it right. I hope it lives up to the book |

I'm a bit skeptical of Jonah Hill being in a Scorsese film though. However if Scorsese sees something in him then I guess I can roll with that.

They are quite the duo huh? The only film I didnt really like of their's was Shutter Island cause I hated the twist.
I'd rate their films as 1. Gangs of New York 10/10 (they dont make epic films like this anymore with huge set pieces. And even though Leo's accent was iffy at best, he and of course Daniel Day Lewis were great in it) 2. The Aviator 9/10 (Leo should of won the Oscar over Jamie Foxx imo) 3. The Departed 8.5/10 |
