Being in broadcasting, I have made a few bloopers myself.

The very first one was about 14 years ago. I was hosting a club event and the DJ in the studio was trying to get me live on the air. there was some difficulty with the transmission. he kept saying... "carlota, carlota are you there?"

Well I was trying to get a clear mic signal so I was moving around with the mic near my mouth when some dude decided it would be funny to take the mic and slam it inot my mouth. Right as he was doing that, our signal becamce clear and so did me saying..

"You mother****ing asshole" and then you could hear me swing at the guy, and the bouncers rustling with him..then you heard..

"Ah, ok, well we'll get back to Carlota in just a minute.."

Ah, the good ol days...
