Max Payne 3 From Rockstar
Saw a trailer online last night while watching Hulu for Max Payne 3 from Rockstar Games. Looks awesome. Can't link to it right now, maybe someone else can, but it was being pimped big time on Hulu.

Can't wait. I loved Max Payne, and I especially loved Max Payne 2. I remember initially playing those on PS2. I eventually played MP2 on PC and remember thinking "WOW, the graphics on PC are a hundred times better than on PS2." I know that's usually the case with most every game, but in the case of Max Payne 2, it was a pretty huge disparity.

So this comes out tomorrow and I'm holding off on Diablo III for it. Any of you PS3 guys picking this up? Gonna get a crew together for the multiplayer. See below for current reviews.

I'm getting it but I probably won't play the multiplayer. I don't get why every game has to have online multiplayer now. Damn Call of Duty effect on gaming.

Rock* understands multiplayer. Being able to utilize bullet-time in an online environment is an amazing feat. Various different modes and the "Crews" feature -- the multiplayer will hardly bring this game down -- especially considering the story mode is only 8 to 10 hours long.
I do agree with a lot of games just tacking on multiplayer (see Dead Space 2, Uncharted) - but this seems hardly tacked on.

edit: I also wish more games would use Euphoria

That's the second time you've referenced COD... No, it's nothing like a modern shooter. It plays much like GTAIV and Red Dead multiplayer -- there are team deathmatch, deathmatch, and payne killer modes unlocked right out of the box. Payne Killer is you and one other player against the rest of the room.
