Sauce fo Fish Tacos
Has anyone ever made/had a good sauce for fish tacos?

I think regular salsa wouldn't quite taste right on the fish, and most places I've seen have some sort of white sauce, kinda like ranch, but I don't really like ranch, and think something more appropriate could be made.

1part guacamole to 1part sour cream, depending on preference. i use lemon juice(liberally), salt pepper, salsa, garlic paste, and onion powder for my guac.

If you go to San Diego go to Wahoo's. Best fish tacos on the face of the earth. They have a white sauce they use, but I put some salsa on the blackend talapia or mahi-mahi.

Gardenia's in Cabo San Lucas have the best fish tacos on earth.

Wahoo's is probably fifth or sixth on the list behind Rubio's, Sharky's, La Salsa, Baja Fresh and even Island's.
