Let's imagine John Dorsey was tasked with hiring a new HC
What if - Andy Reid was fired...retired...ate himself into a coma...whatever. Now Dorsey is tasked with hiring a new head coach for the Chiefs. We've seen Dorsey's skills as a talent evaluator with players...but what about potential head coach candidates?

Dorsey tends to think outside the box, uncovering gems that get overlooked by other organizations. Would that be the case with a new head coach? Would it be some young up-and-comer from the coordinator ranks? Somebody from the Packers staff? Or how about some current small school head coach from the college ranks? That'd be a Dorsey-like hire for sure.

Thoughts?

Ive often wondered if these two are a package deal or separate......or if Dorse has the authority to fire Reid??

I believe Dorsey and Reid are equals within the organization, so Dorsey couldn't fire Reid and vice versa.
