PHILADELPHIA -- A University of Pennsylvania student is in trouble for posting pictures of dorm-room sex.

The student took a picture of a nude couple in a compromising position in front of a dorm window. The Daily Pennsylvanian reported that the engineering student faces sexual harassment and other charges from the university.

The risque snapshots were distributed via campus e-mail and posted on at least one Internet site.

But a graduate student advising the photographer noted that the couple was visible from the street. He said about the only thing the student is guilty of is poor taste.

A spokeswoman for Penn said the school doesn't comment on the disciplinary process.
