SceneItAll Tournament: Round 1, Heat 63

The rules:

In Round 1, I'm going to put up three randomly selected scenes from the nomination thread.

You'll vote for your ONE favorite scene among the three. The key here is FAVORITE. We're not talking about the 'best' or 'most powerful' or 'most meaningful'. We're talking about the scene that you most enjoy watching, however you define that.

The winners will move on. I'll also take the 10 highest-scoring second-place scenes and they'll advance as wild cards.

Some of our nominations did not include clips. This will be noted. If you find a clip, please post it and let me know so I can update it if it moves on.

KC Tattoo, is this the scene you proposed? The original has been taken down. (You also proposed the Rawhide scene, so this is the second one.) You noted that it was a setup to a car chase, and this is the scene before the big car chase.

No real heavyweights in this heat, in my opinion. My votes:

#1 - Little Shop of Horrors. You have to like a scene where the terms "mean green mother from outer space", "I ain't no punk from the Black Lagoon", and "tough titties" are used.

#2 - Full Metal Jacket. It has one good line in it. It's an okay scene, nothing special.

#3 - The Blues Brothers. John Belushi is pretty good in this scene, but there's not much to it.

Went with Blues Brothers. It was about the 15th best scene in the movie vs the Jacket scene which was about the 25th best.

I see a lot of worthy movies in this tourney, but seldom do is it close to the best scene from the movie.

Rain Man, I thought you were going to start over in order to include Airplane! and Naked Gun...

I need to make it fair for the other scenes, so Leslie Nielson clips will get their own bracket at some point.
