Season was better than I expected!
1 We made the playoffs
2 We did not embarrass ourselves for the season
3 We finished the 9-7 I predicted
4 Our offense fell about what I expected when Roaf retired given Herm had taken over
5 Our defense was better than I expected and better than you can expect with Gun in charge.

Here is to a good draft.

Did the doctors mess with your brains while treating your kidneys? We were totally embarrassed in our playoff game. Moreso than I have ever seen before. And I'm not fond of 9-7 either.

And yet Jim, I have trouble with #2. Our D did their part, but it took us 43 minutes to get a first down. That is embarrasing.

Well, this is a nice thought, Logical, but all you have to do is watch the playoffs and see what real football teams are like.

I mostly watched only our games last year and the firs thalf of this year. Once I started watching other games, I really started to get mad.

I have a problem with #2. I was generally happy with the season but I do feel Saturday's performance was embarrassing.....really embarrassing.

But hey, it will be September before we know it and all will be forgotten.
