Kevin Curtis would be a great addition to this team. Super fast and tough as nails.

Curtis would be a solid addition as would Ian Scott. To merely see the Chiefs get a little creative and try to improve the team would be enough for me. |

That's why I'm hoping we don't mess around too much in FA not getting the return on our $$$ and just focus on building though the draft. Gotta draft well and play younger guys. |

I wouldn't mind having Curtis but he will go where ever the money is. I hope to god we don't pay out the ass for him. He's really the only reliable WR on the market.
I would love to have Ian Scott. Jump on that shit Carl. |

Hey, I am curious, what do you like about him specifically? I notice his stats don't really impress me; although I know stats don't always tell the tale though...?

I like to see Scott in a Chiefs uniform, Coleman wouldn't be bad either. The Chiefs need to look at every available DT under 30; surely they can find 1 or 2 that can actually play.

Coleman is a great person, I've met him (we went to the same church and both worked with the high school group) he would be good for the team as a positive role model instantly. He is definetly not being used to his full potential in Dallas, but isn't he a big Run DE? like Hicks? I know Dallas uses the 3-4 so that messes up where he lines up anyway, but in college and with Oakland I thought he was a DE in a 4-3 defense. BTW, when I first met him I was wearing a chiefs hat. When he shook my hand, he keep looking at it (that's when I realized what I had on) so I said the quick appology, but that they were my AFC team and I didn't have anything against the cowboys. You know, stupid stuff like that. So, anyway, he said he knew Tony G and would play for the chiefs if they wanted him. |

Nothing against Curtis but the Chiefs signing him would just be another 'put butts in the seats' move.
This team needs to cut deadwood and get young. The easiest and cheapest way to do that is the draft. Frankly I'll be disappointed if the Chiefs sign any FAs except some of their own.
