Yup. Figure out the dealer cost using that sight. Account for any on going dealer incentives or rebates. Make an offer that gives the dealer $200 profit. I've done this 3 times. Each time, the dealer leaves the room to talk to his manager. Every time they end up taking the offer. I'm probably leaving a few dollars on the table, but I'm not getting fleeced.

Well here it is. I am looking at a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country in a clearance sale. Right now it is marked at $23945 after a $5000 customer cash rebate.

I want to get it lower. Is it even possible in that scenario?

Make it clear you're willing to buy today. Make sure they get your cell phone number. Lowball, lowball, lowball. When they refuse to meet your price tell them you're going to their competitor and leave. They'll call. They may not meet your price but you'll eventually get bottom dollar out of 'em.

Quick response. If you don't have a trade in and know what you want contact the Internet department for a quote. They don't make a commission on one vehicle they are a quota department. Every time I have solicited a quote they offer a great price with no need to haggle.

I have the rebate/customer cash covered. $5000

How do I find the dealer incentives though. I know they are still making a profit after the 5K or they wouldn't be marking them down that much.

Somewhere they are listed. I only look for it every 8 or 9 years when I buy a new car.

I have a trade in and they do offer a Minimum trade in value of $2000.

I have no intention of telling them about my trade until I get the price down though.
