Which football organization do you like?

Pats are using a different one than we do. What do you think? Which one should we use?

First off I agree with Frazod, but FWIW I like the Steelers and the Jags organization.

Patriots.
With Eagles and Steelers close behind.

My assumption is that he's asking whether we want an organization where people are held accountable for results and who actually achieve results (Patriots), or an organization where you cannot be fired no matter how incompetent you are, and where results don't matter other than affecting in a minor way how much you raise ticket prices the following year (Chiefs), or something in between.

I like to include the Packers, my Dad is a Packer/Chiefs fan and my family knows a person who's in the Packer Hall of Fame, who arranged a meeting with Ray Nitschke and me when I was 14.

I think that the way the Colts and Chargers organizations are run, with their emphasis on the draft and completely ignoring the false panacea of FA, is how we should emulate our own rebuild.

That's exactly the way they're approaching it, and I agree with it. If I'm not mistaken the Pat's started the trend and others are having success implementing it. I have faith Herm has an eye for talent, I don't however, beleive he has the first ****ing clue how to manage a game.

The Steelers started the "build through the draft" trend. They have been doing it for decades.

Patriots? You might want to wait until Spygate is over...

Quote:
The NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell, appears soon to hear the claims of one Matt Walsh, a former Patriots videographer.
Funny, so is mainstream media waiting, including the widely regarded news organizations that assigned investigative journalists to the story.

Caution - For the record, be careful what you say - It is better to remain silent. Scott Pioli and Bill Belichick. However, if I was Roger Goodell, I would probably have trickles of sweat running down my cheeks.

Excerpt from the Boston Globe, product of The New York Times
Quote:
Patriots coach Bill Belichick and vice president of player personnel Scott Pioli broke their silence regarding taping procedures and suggestions of improper conduct from former employee Matt Walsh yesterday, with Belichick saying he "couldn't pick Matt Walsh out of a lineup" and Pioli noting that part of the reason for Walsh's firing was because of him secretly tape-recording conversations.
Michael N. Levy, White Collar/Investigations and Enforcements Washington, DC - lawyer for Matt Walsh.

If you have the time, I highly recommend you read Mr. Levy's bio -- that'll make people sweat...
