Football Flag football (Sat 5/16) 12pm SMS high school

A REMINDER ANYONE IS WELCOME.

We have ages 20 to 50 out every week and lots of fitness condition types. Mostly we play two hand touch as we tend to forget the flags. Lots of fun and great exercise and all free!

Bring a light shirt and a dark shirt!!

12PM @ Shawnee Mission South

Its right off 435 and Nall go one block North (107th St) Go west about 1/4 mile to the tennis courts. Park by them. The gate to the practice field is right next to the tennis courts and then 2 gates go to the practice field. Looks very dry, elevated, brown zoysia grass perfect condition. Or we may use the main field.

I'm going to try to start running this week and see how I do.
