The Academy would like to thank all those who particpated in this august undertaking.

The Academy will try again (in a week or two) to develop a "post" of the year process with more fun and less complications. I don't know how in the hell we are going to be able to distract ourselfs over this long off season. The Academy is open to suggestions other than go screw yourself.

I'd like to thank the Academy for this award, and the 40+ voters who supported me as we battled corruption and bribery at the highest levels. I plan to use this award as a platform for pursuing world peace, funny cat pictures, and a possible male modeling contract.

We do not recognize the claims of other parties to be the winner when they clearly did not win the popular vote.

Thanks guys...

To my fellow candidates, I would like to thank you all for your participation and patience through this long and arduous, (sp?) process.
I shall be a good MVP, a strong MVP and a fair MVP.

The rep shall flow like wine, (like I don't rep the piss outta you people anyway).

I would like to thank the Academy, for which I am a member. If it was not for them, I'd get more work done.
I'd also like to thank my Campaign crew: Pestilence, MikeMaslowski, Sofa King, Fritz88, Lumpy and of course, California Chief. Cal Chief did one helluva job putting this all together and tracking the bribes for me.

I would also like to say this...

I know that the bribery effected the outcome of this race. However, it's nice to know that I actually contribute positively to this board and people notice. I recieve nice comments via rep almost daily from a lot of you. People like Jilly, SR, Buckinkaeding etc.... always joke around or check up on Lumpy and I occasionally.
I really love this site and (almost) all of you.

And Finally,
Rainman, thanks for making this a little more fun at the end, (you cheatin' douche)...
