Just remember that the person that picks up the phone did not go to your house and clip your line. They will do everything they can to get you fixed up... it's not that person's fault.

little prick says they are aware that I am on a service outage and that people are "working diligently" to fix the situation, they can not disclose the situation but they are working on it .

I told the prick that if I did not have service by the time the game started, they would be giving me money off my bill.
