My whole house was wallpaper. Check with your local lumber yard to see if they have a wall paper remover. Basically a steamer that melts the wall paper glue. By far the best method I used.

I've heard of those, but never thought of using one. How old was the wallpaper you removed?

You could use a plain ole clothes iron but it’ll stain from the ink on the wallpaper and I’m assuming Mrs. El Jefe wouldn’t care for that.

Have petegz28 come in the room and complain about umpires and refs. It will slowly kill the wallpaper until it gives up and falls on the floor.

Depending on the wallpaper, steaming takes forever. I used a sprayer filled with scalding hot water mixed with DIF. Spray that on a wall at a time or whatever, wait 5 minutes, spray again, rinse and repeat until it is soaked enough you can peel it off. Make sure it is soaked in, or you'll be ripping a lot of the drywall paper off and have to skim coat it with mud.

use a wallpaper scorer and spray any wall paper remover solutions...there are dozens of them...(I used one called Shark from Depot or Lowes) and follow instructions. There is no easy method but I found scorer and remover to be pretty effective. It will take 2-3 hours a wall.
