Player C should be done unless he is a friend with at least a few in your league and in that case should at least get some sort of warning. If not, give him the boot. If it's a pay league you might consider how easy it would be to replace him.

Hell yes you should kick him out of the league. That is total bullshit. Even if he didn't collude with the guy he wanted to win, the result is just as bad as if he did.
I was in a league once where two guys made a trade that was so totally one-sided that I vigorously protested and accused the two guys of collusion. They denied it vehemently and called me an asshole. Later one of them privately told the commissioner that he was deliberately trying to help his buddy win, and he didn't see what the big deal was. |

I am 100% confident that there was no collusion.
However, I think that if you are one of those guys who just mails it in once you are out of the playoffs, then you shouldn't get to play anymore. There was another guy this year who didnt set his roster about 4 times, so I can easily turn the 10 man league into an 8 team league. |

Funny, in a CP league I'm in I'm being chastised for still making waiver wire pick ups keeping one playoff manager from picking someone up he wanted.
Oh well, if you're gonna play fantasy sports you should stay committed all year even if you start out slow.

I would kick him out of the league, I also might utilize commissioner powers and set his lineup for him with highest projected players. But my league is made up of guys that hold me accountable to do it.

You can also take a brief poll of the other guys in the league.

Usually those that mail it in after they are knocked out of the playoffs are not invited back in the league I play in. But the commish generally sets their lineup for them in order to ensure fairness if the game is meaningful at the end of the season.

I'm not going to lie, I am Team B in this situation so it directly affects me.
I didnt want to make a decision because he ****ed me over. At this point, all he needs to do is have LT score 2.45 tomorrow and he beats Team A, but still, had he played any of the other players on his roster instead of the guy that was out, he would have already won. |

I am the commissioner and have been for several years. Guys who pull this kind of stuff don't get re-invited. It is a little more difficult if you are the commissioner and also the guy that's getting messed over, can appear as abusing powers. But the guys in my league know that I'm always fighting for fair all the way around. If you know that LT is going to win it for you, not a big deal. But if you are going to make a move for correction, make it now. If you are friends with the other guys in your league, you need to talk to them first, get their support, particular if it is a continuing league. Explain the situation, I would totally understand. The guys who don't understand don't like you and then they will sort themselves out for the next year and you can build with guys that are reasonable.
