If Werewolves of London doesn't go thru, I will be seriously disappointed... it isn't really "rock and roll" but no less so than most of the other entries I have seen so far.

I had a hard time finding three songs worthy of my vote here. Neil Young and Warren Zevon get my top two votes. The Dylan songs continue to do nothing for me. I never liked the Stray Cat Strut. Angel had a few good songs that I used to hear on St. Louis influenced radio (KSHE and the rock stations around Rolla), but I don't like this song. That leaves me with mediocre songs from REM and Spinal Tap so I'll go with the latter as a novelty.

You just did that because some of us don't listen to the lyrics didn't you?

How did like none of my favorite Dylan songs get nominated. I've barely voted for the man. "4th Time Around" is not the best song from Blonde on Blonde but I'll vote for it anyway just 'cuz I feel I need to be voting for Dylan more.

My votes: "Werewolves of London," "Keep on Rockin' in the Free World," "4th Time Around."

I don't know, and have ever known anyone who liked anything Dylan has done. How the guy had a career in music is beyond me. A lot of people enjoy crap music. To each his own, I guess.

Stray Cat Strut, Stray Cats - You have to admit that the style of music perfectly matches the title. Gosh darn it, I like this song. I just do. Gets my #2 vote.

I Don't Believe You, Bob Dylan - After listening to the other songs, I can't remember how this one went, so I can't vote for it.

Rockin' in the Free World, Neil Young - This is not bad for a Neil Young song. That still means it's not good.

Werewolves Of London, Warren Zevon - I hate this song. I don't know why, but I do. I absolutely hate this song, and cannot listen to more than 30 seconds of it without turning it off. It really, really annoys me.

Long Time, Angel - I thought it was decent for the first couple of minutes. Then came Minute 3, and Minute 4, and Minute 5, and Minute 6. I was looking at my watch thinking, "This is taking a long time", and then I finally understood the title. No vote.

4th Time Around, Bob Dylan - This is a moderately decent song. Even though I couldn't understand a lot of the lyrics, I gave it my #3 vote just to spite the Dylan haters.

Big Bottoms, Spinal Tap - I'm not even sure that was a real band. No vote.

It's the End of the World, REM - This song rocks. Even though I couldn't understand a lot of the lyrics, it got my #1 vote.

Based on your history of being on the wrong side of nearly everything, I decided to give Bob Dylan another chance when I saw that you hate him. Listening to Blonde on Blonde now and it's starting to grow on me. I'm currently Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again.
